Directions: exit I-90 Island Crest way. Go NORTH till you drive into the south parking lot. Walk into the park, past the little beach, walk along the path by the water and you hit the docks.
This is lightly led with no format, themed around connection to our selves, to nature, and each other. Talking / Sharing may be included. If I am not there, then continue to connect with yourself through your own yoga and enjoy the beauty that is all around you.
